Worksmans Comp Our physicians are happy to accept workmans compensation claims with prior physician approval and workers compensation authorization.  If you have a workmans compensation claim, you must get your workmans compensation agent to contact our office at 251-639-7283.  We will get information and authorization from your workmans compensation agent to give to the physician for him to approve.  Once the physician approves it, we will contact the workmans compensation agent to schedule the appointment in which the agent will contact the patient with the date and time of the appointment.
